I'd personally get your time and energy and shop all around for a far better deal. If you are not guaranteed that You'll need a CTL, you are able to generally add OTT tracks into a wheeled equipment, or select a VTS program. I would be scared of functioning any kind of rubber tracks even though if you'll be in rocky, sharp locations. Just my $.02.
